Shipping & Delivery
We are committed to your satisfaction and will make every effort to ship your order accurately and on time. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Pro-Fit International. We have successfully provided our customers with high-quality products for over 25 years. Please understand that we cannot guarantee all products will be in stock and available to ship.
All orders are to be shipped within 3 business days unless expedited shipping is indicated on the order.
We will make every effort to ship 2nd business day or overnight shipments on the same day as the order providing the order is received prior to 2 PM.
If there is a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified of such a delay within 3 days of your order being placed.
From time to time, if a product is out of stock or discontinued, we have the right to contact the customer to offer an appropriate product as a substitute.
The customer must approve this prior to shipping the order. If there is a difference in price of the products, a refund may be issued. This must be done within 10 days of when the order was placed.
All orders will be carefully filled and packaged for safe delivery.
Please note: we cannot ship to a PO box, a street address is required. If there is a discrepancy in your order please contact customer service immediately.
We will make every effort to correct any errors. If there is a delay of more than 10 days in reporting a problem, it is at our discretion in how to resolve the issue.
Tracking Your Shipment
UPS will notify you through email with your tracking number once the label has been created.
